We suggest you introduce Ambrosia gradually over a week, reducing the amount of the old food and slowly increasing the amount of Ambrosia.

On the first day mix 25% Ambrosia with 75% of the previous food. On day three make it 50% of each. On day five increase it to 75%. By day seven you should have finished your transition to Ambrosia.

We recommend you feed twice daily.

Store the food in dry and cool conditions, sealing the bag up to keep the food fresh.

Feed your pet at the same time every day.

Keep fresh drinking water available at all times.

Keep water and feeding bowls always clean.

You can see the feeding guide for each product on the respective product pages and in the back of the bag. You can also use our feeding calculator to see how much your pet should be fed. Always remember to take into consideration your pet’s level of activity.

It is quite difficult to give an accurate feeding amount as each dog’s/ cat’s metabolism and activity level can vary. Therefore, we have to give a range to take this into account. Generally, we suggest starting off towards the bottom end of our feeding range and adjusting by 10% upwards or downwards until your pet is maintaining a constant healthy weight.

We would suggest feeding your puppy on our specially formulated recipe for puppies until they are 12 months old. For larger breeds, we would recommend waiting until they are 18 months, as they take longer to reach their full size.
