Our Fresh Turkey Special Formula for Senior, Obese & Sterilized Dogs
As dogs age their metabolism rate lowers and physical activity is decreased making them more prone to obesity. Having extra weight means more stress for the joints. A food with above average protein levels with a low-fat content and low calories is preferable. Glucosamine and chondroitin are also needed to support their joints which may already be inflamed from arthritis or hip dysplasia. To cater for their sensitive stomach, we have used fish proteins in all of our Senior recipes, as fish is the easiest protein to digest. Enhancing that is the inclusion of our Pure Care digestive formula consisting of prebiotics, probiotics and Clay Minerals which aid digestion and prevent digestive upsets. Thyme
Thyme is rich in vitamins A, C, and K. it contains manganese, iron, calcium, which benefit skeletal system. Thyme aids in the prevention of parasites such as hookworms and microbial pathogens and as a mild astringent tonic, can contribute to asthma relief.
Lucerne
Lucerne is rich in nutrients including; calcium, magnesium, potassium, and vitamins. It’s a natural diuretic for dogs whereas kidney irritation can be relieved by lucerne due to its alkalinizing abilities. Lucerne is natural anti-inflammatory, useful for arthritis or joint pain and a highly recommended supplement for long term joint pain relief.
Oregano
Oregano is high in antioxidants providing immune system support. It also contains antifungal properties that inhibit the growth of bacteria. Oregano is also rich in fibre which helps digestion.
Fenugreek
Fenugreek is a powerful anti-inflammatory and can improve digestion. This means fenugreek could be beneficial to dogs with arthritis, upset stomach, and/or digestive problems.

Fresh Turkey Composition
Turkey 51% (fresh turkey meat 30%, dried turkey protein 14%, turkey fat 4%, hydrolysed turkey protein 3%), sweet potato, whole peas, dried lucerne, dried beet pulp, dried chicory root (a natural source of inulin and fructo-oligosaccharides; 1%), olive oil (0,5%), linseed, minerals, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane; 0,15%), glucosamine hydrochloride (500mg/kg), chondroitin sulphate (250mg/kg), dried apple, dried tomato, fenugreek, dried pear, dried orange, oregano, thyme.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPER USE:
The product should be given dry. The dog shoul dalways have fresh water available. Store in cool and dry place. Use preferably before the Best Before Date which is printed on the packaging. Please ensure the pack is properly closed after opening.
